Exercises For Knee Arthritis
Below are some Exercises which are found to be helpful in decreasing Knee Arthritis Pain.These Exercises Focus on correcting Fixed flexion deformity of Knee ( The Gap behind the Knee) and strengthening surrounding muscles. Research has shown that correcting the gap behind knee (knee should touch the bed when kept straight) is associated with knee pain reduction.
Routinely perform these exercises atleast twice a day with 15 repitations of each.
